Ingredients:

  • thin leaves of sauerkraut
  • 1 cup crushed chickpeas
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 cup of red beans
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • onion
  • tomato paste
  • salt, pepper, spices


Preparation method:

  • Soak sauerkraut leaves in cold water.
  • Soak the chickpeas and cook until tender. Mix with all ingredients.
  • Add tomato paste, fried onion, spices, and mix.
  • Wrap it in sheets, spread it in a saucepan, and pour in tomato- water.

Serve cold
